VILLA BRANTWOOD
Bed & Breakfast
ABOUT
Villa Brantwood is a 4 bedroom detatched quirky, eclectic property, with a very chilled atmosphere. It's a couple of minutes drive into town in a quiet residential area of St Ives. It has gardens both front and back so plenty of sitting out space. There is a bus service from Royal Square to the Coop for £1 per person, Taxis from outside the cinema for around £3.50 and of course you can walk, the hill is quite steep though so not suitable for everyone.

Will consider one small well behaved dog. Smoking in the garden is fine.

Guests have access to the lounge, dining /kitchen, bathroom and gardens both front and rear with sitting out areas.

I love the social side of hosting and I’m happy to be of any help I can during your stay without being intrusive. Reviews from previous property were excellent. You won't be disappointed....

The drive is quite steep with steps up to the house and is off an unadopted road.

There is a Co-op 5 minutes walk from the property and a Spar shop around 10 minutes walk. The buses stop outside the Co-op from Royal Square (opposite the Cinema), if you don’t fancy the walk back.
THE ROOMS
My taste is quite eclectic taste and I hope you like it! I always aim to offer my guests the utmost consideration and endeavour to make their trip as magical as possible. I have a small BnB with all the trimmings. Each room is unique in its own way. My passion resides throughout the house and my love for life has lead me down a road of intrigue and eclectic tastes. I also have a Cockapoo called Woody. (He usually stays chained up under the stairs because he has rabies and eats tourists) - I accept no liabilty !!
